Great question! Common topics include mental health, leadership, boundaries, faith, silencing your inner critic, imposter syndrome and nervous system regulation. If you join VIP, your 1:1 coaching can also include business planning, niche identification and other business management and leadership topics if you choose.
Nope! Courses are hard to finish for most people. Instead, you will have access to the Rewire & Reset Lab, which includes bite sized videos and resources. Plus you'll get my private podcast! While it is set up on a course template, the videos are only about 7 minutes long, because who wants to listen hour long lectures?
Not at all! However, they can be helpful to address topics you have questions about and to chat with members of our community live! Missy will often provide teaching during these calls and leave time for Q & A and support.
